How does Photobooth works?
We will set-up the Photobooth on your event. Choose your props, banners and put your best smile, then get in front of the camera. Depending on the layout there will 3 or more consecutive photos will be taken within 7 seconds intervals. After the last photo, the pictures will be printed on a customized 4” x 6” glossy paper which would be available in about 30 seconds. There will be a full time attendant making sure that the photobooth runs smoothly.
How is the quality of the pictures?
We use professional DSLR camera, lights , computer and a printer. Just like bringing the portrait studio to your party. Our printer use thermal printing method, meaning your pictures are durable and water-resistant and it will last for a lifetime.
What type of Camera is used?
We use an 18 mega pixel Canon DSLR with 18-135mm lens, You will get all high resolution images not the cheap webcam on a computer desktop
What type of printer do you use?
It's a DNP RX1. A high quality Dye-Sub printers. What that means to you is that our photos are the best possible photos you can get. You can even place our photos in a glass of water and none of the colors will smear or run.
Can I customize the Photo booth Layout?
Yes. You can add your personal messages, names, graphics or logo to the pictures. We can also design customized the layout according to your requirements. Details must be provided by the client at least 4-5 weeks before the event. This will give us time to customized the background.A proof of the design will be provided before the event. The template will be unique that will match your theme or event like birthdays, weddings, baptismal, office parties, or ANY FUN EVENT! No static, boring frames. Our designs are fun, colorful and catchy! But of course, your ideas will always be the top priority then our creativity will do the rest!.
Do you provide green screen background on your photobooth?
Yes, as added service with additional fee we can customize the background and provide you all the copies.
And what is green screen photography?
Chroma key photography, also known as green screen photography, is a process that allows you to replace a solid green background with any images of your choice that matches the theme of the party.
Do you offer props
A large prop box is included with every rental and there is NO additional charge.
What type event can you cover?
Our photo booth is portable and ideal to capture any occasion like Weddings, Birthdays, Communions,Baptism, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Anniversaries, Corporate events, Fund raising or any gathering of people.
How long will be the set-up time?
Set-up usually takes 30-40 minutes. We usually arrive at the venue 1 hour before the start time. and it takes us 30 minutes to take it down.
What are Space & Placement Requirements?
Our photobooth is very portable it only requires a very small space.For any event the client shall arrange space for the photobooth at events venue:
(1) A minimum 6’ x 6’ area for our photo booth
(2) 110V, 10 amps, 3 prong standard electrical within 15 feet of the designated area
(3) A table for props and printer
Please allow extra room for the attendant and necessary extra items (props, scrapbook station, etc).
Do you have any type of privacy curtain for the photobooth?
No, our photobooth is an open air type. We make it simple and fun. This make our photobooth portable.We can fit as many as 10 to 15 people.
Do you provide multiple copies of the photo?
For the 2x6 photo strip we provide multiple copies with maximum of 10 copies per session and for 4x6 a single copy is printed , there is a nominal fee to get two or more copies on the 4x6 to cover the cost of the extra photo paper.
Can I have both 2x6 (strip) and the 4x6 (post card) for my event?
Yes, our photobooth can have 2 or 3 layout, it can be a mix of strips or postcard. The strip can have 10 prints per session and the postcard is single print, additional fees will added for multiple copies on the postcard.
Where can we get the copy of all the images?
After the party all the pictures (raw and printed copy) will be provided on a USB thumb drive. Photos will also be uploaded to Jun Santiago Photography with the option to password protect and with client consent it can also be uploaded to Facebook at Prism Photobooth.
How long do the online galleries stay online?
All online web galleries will be available online for at least 12 months after your event. Your online web gallery will be available the following day for you and your guests to view and download. You can also download in a .zipped file copies of all the photos taken the following day after your event.
Do you require a deposit for a photo booth rental?
Yes, we ask for a $200.00 retainers fee and a signed rental agreement to reserve your date but we will certainly work with you if this is an issue.
Do you help out on any fund raising?
Yes, please call or email us so that we can discussed. We can give as much as 10 to 20% of the picture cost.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Cherry Hill, NJ (South Jersey) and provide the Photobooth service to a 20 miles radius, beyond that we unfortunately have to charge a small fee to cover the travel costs and tolls so please ask at time when inquiring.
Is your Photobooth insured?
Yes, we are fully insured- I wouldn't recommend dealing with a company that doesn't have liability insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
